“I live in the small rural community of Chesaw, WA, 65 miles from the nearest traffic light up in the mountains and 4 miles from Canada. Our Highlands Vineyard Church hosts our monthly youth group, usually ranging from 6-10 kids (some coming from places without running water or electricity). Four of us Grandmas provide food, fun, games, and the Word of God for these precious ones in our part of the world. We decided to try Students on the RISE and tonight I got to read Day 1 to them and introduce this whole new concept to our kids. They were really very interested that it matters to God that they get to develop the areas of mountains that interest them and those interests can actually bring Heaven down to earth.
